Listed below are the homeowners associations that we manage. Just click on the HOA you are interested in, and it will provide you with the community information that we make available to homeowners, homebuyers, and realtors.
The HOA information sheets contain information that is required by Arizona statutes and must be provided to new homebuyers upon receiving official notification from a title company, including an escrow number and the name(s) and address of the buyer(s). Realtors are reminded that Stratford Management does not sign and/or return the realtor form entitled “Homeowners Association Resale Notification.” Please do not call or fax to request this service, as it is not available.
Specific Lot information on any of our Home Owners Associations is available through CondoCerts (www.condocerts.com). This website will notify our Customer Service Department to provide specific information regarding assessments, HOA dues and purchaser information when requested.
