Welcome to Stratford Management’s HOA information page! 

The HOA information sheets contain information that is required by Arizona statutes and must be provided to new homebuyers upon receiving official notification from a title company, including an escrow number and the name(s) and address of the buyer(s). Realtors are reminded that Stratford Management does not sign and/or return the realtor form entitled “Homeowners Association Resale Notification.” Please do not call or fax to request this service, as it is not available.

Specific Lot information on any of our Home Owners Associations is available through Home Wise Docs ( This website will notify our Customer Service Department to provide specific information regarding assessments, HOA dues, and purchaser information when requested.

If you have any specific questions, please fax them to 520-822-8025. If the information is available to you, it will be provided within 10 business days of receipt. If you do not receive a response within 10 working days, you may assume that the requested information is not available to you.

New homebuyers are reminded that they have 10 days after receiving the HOA information packet to review it, before deciding whether they wish to complete the purchase of the property. Please make sure that the address you provide to the title company is the address to which you wish to have your packet mailed.

Homeowners, homebuyers, and realtors are reminded that once Stratford Management receives official notice of an open escrow, it takes 10 business days to process their information request and prepare the resale certificate. These requests are always processed in the order we receive them and as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to expeditiously address your requests; however, we will not do so at the expense of accuracy. We, therefore, thank you for your patience and look forward to helping you complete this important transaction!
