Charlie Diaz is Stratford Management’s Chief Operating Officer She has come to Tucson from Southern California, where she worked for some of the largest home developers, specializing in managerial support. She brings many years of experience in finance, management, and client relations, and is extremely well-versed in dealing with feedback, criticism, and relationships. She understands that every client needs to convey their opinion across to all departments within our organization. Dedicated, focused, and an expert at identifying solutions, Charlie excels at initiation action plans, visualizing and preparing goals, as well as developing a functional outcome to serve our Homeowners Associations the best way we can.
