Whether a master-planned community with commercial parcels; a custom-home, gated community; a patio home or townhouse community; or a condominium community, we have extensive experience with all forms of associations. We exceed the industry’s standards for providing full management services. By way of example, we offer a “team” approach that assigns a qualified Community Manager, Accountant, and Administrative Assistant to each association. In turn, they are supported by our Help Desk personnel.
Our accountants are covered by a fidelity bond in addition to our corporate liability and fidelity policies. This combination of coverage exceeds what is typically maintained by companies in our industry.
