About our Management Team


Among David’s priorities in achieving superior customer service in the Association management industry is the innovative use of technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our company’s operations. In addition to making technological changes, David focuses on Stratford’s employees by continuing to build an organization of high-quality professionals who are qualified and certified in Association management. David holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Portsmouth Technical College, UK, and also has a background in sales and marketing.



Vincent has over thirty years of extensive business management and financial consulting experience. He has owned three corporations specializing in real estate development and financing prior to becoming a principal partner at Stratford Management. He has detailed experience in handling financial and planning issues before city and county government commissions. Vincent holds B.S. and B.A. degrees from the University of Texas.



CHARLIE DIAZ Director of Operations and Marketing

Charlie Diaz is Stratford Management’s Director of Operations & Marketing. She has come to Tucson from Southern California, where she worked for some of the largest home developers, specializing in managerial support. She brings many years of experience in finance, management, and client relations, and is extremely well-versed in dealing with feedback, criticism, and relationships. She understands that every client needs to convey his or her opinion across to all departments within our organization. Dedicated, focused, and an expert at identifying solutions, Charlie excels at initiating action plans, visualizing and preparing goals, as well as developing a functional outcome to serve our Homeowners Associations the best way we can.






HELEN B. BROWN Director of Management Services

Helen grew up in Northern New York and moved to Tucson in 1984 after stops in Denver, CO; Houston, TX and Kansas City, MO where she worked for Dunn & Bradstreet for 30 years. Helen joined Stratford Management in 2006 as a community assistant and quickly was promoted to a Community Manager. She currently serves as Director of Management Services as well as managing several communities both in Tucson and Green Valley.


TERESA RASCON Director of Management Services

Teresa is a Tucson native, and is currently residing in Oro Valley. She has 2 daughters both of whom are attending college. After she joined Stratford Management in 2005 as a receptionist, Teresa quickly moved up to the accounting department and then to a Community Assistant position. In 2014 Teresa became a Community Manager and is now the Director of Management Services overseeing our Community Assistant team by ensuring that the highest quality of service is achieved at all levels by our staff and vendors.




SONYA HILL Director of Finance and Accounting

Sonya was born and raised in Southern Wisconsin, and moved to Tucson in 2010 when she was stationed at Davis-Monthan AFB during her time served on Active Duty. Sonya joined our accounting team at Stratford Management in 2017, and has quickly moved up the ranks within the department. Starting in Accounts Payable, she rose to be our Community Accountant until her expert knowledge elevated her into her current role as head of accounting. Sonya has a strong background in customer relations, accounting, finance, and reports analysis. She is extremely organized, knowledgeable in all methods of accounting at Stratford Management, and geared towards solving problems as soon as they arise.
